Your satisfaction matters to us. Because coffee is a perishable food product, we handle returns a little differently.

Our promise

If your coffee arrives damaged, stale, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — a replacement or refund, no fuss.

How to reach us

Email orders@coffeevibes.tz with your order number and a photo of the issue.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened coffee cannot be returned unless faulty.
