How fresh is your coffee?
Every order is roasted to order and dispatched within 48 hours of roasting. The roast date is printed on every bag, so you always know exactly how fresh your coffee is.
Where is your coffee from?
Our one signature coffee is a premium single-origin Tanzanian Arabica, carefully selected from one exceptional high-altitude growing region, then professionally roasted by hand in Zanzibar in small batches and sealed at peak freshness.
Do you deliver across Tanzania and Zanzibar?
Yes. We ship nationwide across mainland Tanzania and to Zanzibar. Subscriptions and wholesale orders receive free priority shipping. Delivery times and rates are shown at checkout.
Can I choose whole bean or ground?
Yes. Choose Whole Beans or Ground on the product page. For maximum freshness we recommend Whole Beans, ground just before you brew.
How does the subscription work?
The Coffee Vibes Club delivers our signature Coffee Vibes Premium Arabica — freshly roasted to order — on a two- or four-weekly schedule that you choose. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time.
Do you supply hotels, cafés and offices?
Absolutely. We offer wholesale trade pricing, custom roast profiles, barista training and reliable scheduled delivery. See our Wholesale and Hotel Supply pages, or message us on WhatsApp.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is secure and encrypted. Available payment methods — including mobile money and card options — are shown at checkout. If you need an invoice for a business or wholesale order, just ask.
What if I’m not happy with my order?
Message us on WhatsApp within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you. That is the Fresh Roast Promise. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
