We stand behind every bag with our Fresh Roast Promise. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Freshness guarantee
If your coffee arrives stale, damaged or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace the item or issue a full refund.
Perishable goods
Because coffee is roasted to order and perishable, we are unable to accept returns of opened bags for reasons other than a quality fault. Unopened bags may be returned within 14 days in their original condition.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, send us a photo on WhatsApp or by email and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your provider.
Subscriptions
You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by messaging us. Cancellations take effect from the next scheduled delivery.
